Choosing to have your Jacuzzi® service or clean through our approved Jacuzzi® Care Program means benefiting from our expertly trained technicians, working to Jacuzzi® approved techniques and using genuine Jacuzzi® parts and products.
General Annual Service
Our General Annual Service is designed to keep your spa clean, safe, and running smoothly.
The service includes draining the water, checking water quality, cleaning filters, inspecting key components, and ensuring everything is working properly.
you’ll receive a 10% discount on any chemicals, filters, or ClearRay bulbs purchased during the visit.
Full Annual Service
Our Full Annual Service includes everything from the General Annual Service, plus a ClearRay bulb change (normally £80), a replacement filter, and 1kg of spa granules and tablets.
This ensures your spa stays fully maintained, clean, and ready to enjoy.
Winterization
This service includes draining the spa water*, thoroughly cleaning the inside of the spa, wrapping the spa for protection, and loosening joins and unions to ensure everything is maintained.
Spring Opening
Our Spring Opening service prepares your spa for the warmer months.
We clean the inside of the spa, re-tighten joins and unions, and leave the spa filling so it’s ready for use
Water Change
Our Basic Water Change service involves draining the spa water* and leaving the spa refilling, providing a simple and quick refresh to keep your spa ready for use.
Mini Service
Our Mini Service includes a water chemistry check, a basic inspection of pumps and heater, and draining the spa water*. We also wipe down speakers, cupholders, and headrests, and leave the spa refilling so it’s ready to use.
