Any issues you may encounter with your hot tub are likely to be identifiable using the troubleshooting section of your owner’s manual. If your Jacuzzi® hot tub is still under warranty you can  contact Jacuzzi direct. If you are unable to identify or rectify the fault yourself, please do not hesitate to contact us (see details below).

Please send an email to and include the make/model number of your spa,  your contact address/telephone number and details of the fault (if possible, please attach photographs).  We will contact you within 72 hours.

Freedom Leisure will carry out an inspection on any manufacture of hot tub.

Initial call out charges
The initial call out charge is £90 (excluding parts) this covers one hour on site within a 15 mile radius of Freedom Leisure showroom (distances further than 15 miles will be charged at £1.50 per mile) If initial attendance of more than one hour is required £48 per hour will be charged thereafter.

Once the fault has been identified Freedom Leisure will attempt to source any parts needed and send a quotation based on parts.

Labour will be charged at £48 per hour and travel costs of £1.50 per mile will be charged if applicable
Note:  depending on each manufacture of hot tub parts may not always be available
